Ringvald

Terms of use

Effective from 13 October 2026

Ringvald is a planning tool. Your money stays at your bank. Ringvald holds no money, makes no payments and gives no financial, tax or investment advice. A deposit or withdrawal in Ringvald – even an automatic monthly saving – only changes your plan, not your balance.

1. Who is behind it

Ringvald is run by Martin Larsson, Sweden, as a private individual. Contact: contact@ringvald.app. By creating an account you accept these terms. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

2. The service

Ringvald is free. We develop the service continuously, so features may change, be added or be removed. We do our best to keep it working, but cannot promise that it is always available or free of errors. Export your savings now and then if you want your own copy.

3. Your account

You sign in with a passkey on your device. Protect the device with a screen lock and do not sign in on devices you do not trust. Use only your own account.

4. Use the service fairly

Do not use Ringvald for anything illegal, do not try to access other people's data or get around protections, and do not overload or disrupt the service. Do not enter passwords, bank codes or sensitive information in goals or notes. If you break these terms we may close your account. Where possible we tell you first and let you export your savings.

5. Calculations and decisions

Forecasts, allocations and answers to “Can I afford it?” are based on what you have entered yourself. They are estimates, not promises or advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions and for checking your real balances at your bank.

6. Leaving

You can stop using Ringvald whenever you like. Under Settings you can choose Delete my account; your account and savings are then deleted after 7 days, and you can have a copy of your data sent to your email first. Should we shut the service down, we will tell you in good time so that you can export your savings.

7. Liability

The service is free and provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability or rights you have under mandatory law, for example as a consumer.

8. Changes and law

If the terms change, we update this page and the date above. Swedish law applies. If this English text and the Swedish version differ, the Swedish version applies.
